Cancellation Policy
Donors are encouraged to carefully review their donation before submitting. However, if you have made a donation in error, please contact us immediately.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
For recurring donations, you may cancel future donations by contacting us at finance@amanatdaar.org at least 5 business days before the next billing date.
Refund Policy
At Amanatdaar Welfare Trust, we deeply value every contribution. Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
- You made a donation in error and notify us within 3 days.
- There was a duplicate or unauthorized charge.
- A technical error occurred during the transaction.
Refund Procedure:
Email your request to finance@amanatdaar.org with proof of transaction.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for donations marked as Zakat, Sadaqah, or any funds already utilized for welfare purposes.
